Amos Ferguson
I went down
to the Bahamas in the mid 90's.
While there, I heard about Amos, so I rented
a motor scooter and drove
over to his house.
Him and his wife Bea were very welcoming.
I hung around for the afternoon and enjoyed
his paintings. I fell so in love with them that
I phoned home, had my car sold so I could
buy
3 of his paintings. A lovely man.
He is still at home and just had his
street named after him.
